At Dalian JinYu HuaYang Industry , all bearings are manufactured in our own factory — Wafangdian JinYu Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd (WJY Bearings), located in China’s major bearing production base.

We follow a strict 8-step bearing manufacturing process, combining advanced metallurgy, precision CNC machining, and rigorous quality control. From raw steel selection to final packaging, every stage ensures high performance and long service life for heavy-duty industrial applications.

  • Shaping:​​ Hydraulic presses mold steel into ring blanks.
  • Cooling:​​ Controlled air cooling to eliminate internal stresses.

​3. Bainitic Quenching → Bainitic Heat Treatment for Bearings​

Process:​

  • Austenitizing:​​ Steel heated to 850°C in salt baths.
  • Bainite Formation:​​ Rapid oil cooling creates a tough, wear-resistant microstructure.
  • Tempering:​​ Stabilizes bainite at 180°C for 2 hours.
