It has no official ISO standard equivalent model, featuring precise dimensions of inner diameter 130mm, outer diameter 300mm, width 172mm and a net weight of 74.8kg, serving as the core high-rigidity support component for precision thin strip rolling equipment.
This heavy-duty backing bearing offers a dynamic load rating (Cr) of 1430kN and a static load rating (Cor) of 2600kN, with standard radial clearance of 0.060~0.085mm and axial clearance of 0.15~0.30mm, fully adapting to long-term continuous heavy impact rolling conditions. Adopting a solid machined brass cage, outer ring integrated lubrication grooves and double O-ring sealing structure, it achieves stable lubrication operation and excellent dustproof and anti-pollution performance.
Manufactured with high-quality G20Cr2Ni4A carburized bearing steel (GCr15 optional), the bearing features superior surface hardness, fatigue resistance and wear resistance. It supports P0 standard precision and optional P6/P5 high precision grades, with strictly controlled radial runout within 0.005mm.
