The C792726EK three-row cylindrical roller backing bearing is a dedicated support bearing for 20-high Sendzimir cold rolling mills. It features a bore diameter of 130mm, outer diameter 300.1mm, total inner assembly width 172.64mm and finished assembly weight 74.8kg.
Rated dynamic load Cr reaches 1430KN, static load Cor up to 2600KN, matched with standard radial clearance range 0.060~0.085 and axial clearance 0.15~0.30 to adapt continuous heavy impact rolling loads. It adopts dual solid brass machined cages, integrated outer ring lubrication grooves and double rubber O-ring sealing structure for stable lubrication and dust prevention.
Strict precision control is implemented: radial runout Kea ≤0.005mm, with consistent height tolerance between matched bearing sets to guarantee ultra-precise thin strip rolling accuracy. All rings and rollers are made of G20Cr2Ni4A carburized bearing steel for outstanding surface hardness, wear resistance and long service life under low-speed heavy-duty working conditions.
