Product Description
The 51 series single direction thrust ball bearing (model: 51428M) is designed to handle axial loads in one direction. It features a one-piece solid brass cage and chrome steel (GCr15) construction with carbonitriding treatment for enhanced durability. The bearing has a bore diameter of 140mm, outer diameter of 280mm, and height of 112mm, providing dynamic load capacity of 520kN and static load capacity of 1730kN. This bearing is ideal for applications such as machine tool spindles, automotive transmissions, and industrial pumps, particularly suited for medium industrial equipment like gearboxes and agricultural machinery. Compliant with ISO 9001 standards, it supports grease lubrication (with oil lubrication option for high-speed applications) and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to +120°C. During installation, a recommended torque of 80-150 N·m is advised for washer bolts to ensure optimal performance.
