32032/DBC3 Tapered Roller Bearing

32032/DBC3 is a DB back-to-back matched tapered roller bearing set consisting of two 32032 bearings arranged to provide high rigidity and support for combined radial and axial loads. The pair is factory-matched with a spacer to control internal clearance and preload, with C3 clearance rating for thermal expansion accommodation.

With a 160 mm bore diameter, this matched bearing set is widely used in heavy-duty gearboxes, rolling mills, mining equipment and industrial drive systems requiring precise shaft positioning.

Compared to TDO (double outer ring, face-to-face) configurations, the DB back-to-back arrangement offers higher moment stiffness and better resistance to shaft tilting, making it more suitable for applications with significant overhung loads or where shaft deflection must be minimized.
