- Safety, Speed, and Ergonomic One-Hand Operation
- The SHPZ hand-controlled electric chain hoist enables quick and safe load handling with one hand. The new SHPZ-Pro is built on the SHPZ-Pro electric chain hoist and SHPZ control unit, connected via a spiral cable. Its rigid connection to the lifting attachment allows operators to control the hoist and guide loads with a single hand (left or right).
- Quick coupler replacement simplifies swapping lifting attachments. All attachments for the hand-controlled hoist feature an anti-twist lock coupler pin that locks into the quick-change coupler, and can be released by lifting the unlocking mechanism.
- Compatible with KBK profiles and steel sections, the hoist integrates flexibly into work and production processes.
- Flexible for Diverse Tasks
- Electric chain hoists paired with proven lifting attachments deliver optimal flexibility. Accessories include standard load hooks, telescopic lifting tongs, and parallel gripper systems (e.g., for KLT containers in the automotive industry). The SHPZ-Pro hand-controlled hoist works with custom-developed attachments.
- A universal coupler pin connects client-specific lifting attachments, featuring an M12 internal thread for specialized tool mounting.
- Hand-controlled attachments connect to the SHPZ-Pro via an adapter. This flexibility significantly boosts load handling efficiency in industrial settings.
