Thrust spherical roller bearings are separable. Due to the angle formed between the load line and the bearing center line, these bearings can simultaneously withstand radial and axial loads, making them ideal for extremely heavy-load applications. Additionally, they offer relatively high permissible speeds and excellent self-aligning performance.

Dalian JinYu HuaYang Industry Co., Ltd. supplies two types of thrust spherical roller bearings:

  • E Type: Features a pressed steel cage and an optimized internal design.
  • EM Type: Incorporates an enhanced design with a machined brass cage.

Permissible Misalignment

Thrust spherical roller bearings are self-aligning, allowing for misalignment between the shaft and housing, as well as compensating for shaft deflection during operation. The allowable misalignment decreases with increasing load. When the equivalent static load is less than 0.05 Coa (where Coa is the static load rating), the maximum permissible angular misalignment is as follows:

Bearing Series Permissible Angular Misalignment (Degrees)
292 1.5°
293 2.0°
294 2.5°
